The third-party services XTK uses to deliver the product, what each one does, and where it processes data.

We engage the sub-processors below to provide OctaByte XTK. Each is bound by data protection terms consistent with our Data Processing Addendum. This list is kept current; material changes are announced so controllers can object on reasonable data-protection grounds.

CloudConvert (Lunaweb GmbH)Converting Word documents to PDF, when a member chooses “Convert to PDF” on a file. That file's contents are sent to CloudConvert for the duration of the conversion and the rendered PDF is written back to the practice's own storage.
