The third-party services XTK uses to deliver the product, what each one does, and where it processes data.

We engage the sub-processors below to provide OctaByte XTK. Each is bound by data protection terms consistent with our Data Processing Addendum. This list is kept current; material changes are announced so controllers can object on reasonable data-protection grounds.

| CloudConvert (Lunaweb GmbH) | Converting Word documents to PDF, when a member chooses “Convert to PDF” on a file. That file's contents are sent to CloudConvert for the duration of the conversion and the rendered PDF is written back to the practice's own storage. No other XTK feature sends documents to CloudConvert. | EU (Germany) |
